I don’t like how when I update applications on my iPod Touch it moves their icons to the last page.

I’m listening to the new Lagwagon EP, ‘I Think My Older Brother Used To Listen To Lagwagon’. It’s classic Lagwagon stuff and I’m glad to see that they haven’t indulged in shameful overproduction like some punk bands have recently (*cough* Millencolin *cough*). So far I still like their live album, ‘Live in a Dive’, better but I’m sure this will grow on me.

Over the weekend I was in Sweden, attending the wedding of a friend of my dad’s wife. This was the first time I had been to Sweden and I must say I did rather like it.

Sweden seemed like a slightly more efficient and civilized version of Britain. We spent quite a lot of time making use of Gothenburg’s impressive public transport system which I found to be a lot better than what we have here.

I’m looking at the power plug next to my seat which has a label saying “Laptops and mobile phones only”. I suppose this is because they don’t want you to plug in things that use lots of power. I wonder what would happen if you did connect something like a kettle or electric radiator.

Shades of You

It has been very hot for the past few days. Just now it was thundering and lightning-ing. Probably due to the humidity.

Going to see Rage Against the Machine. Got tickets for Reading festival yesterday. Bought 5 at £72 each. Probably the most amount of money I’ve ever spent in one go. Getting tickets is pretty easy so long as you know what you’re doing. It would appear that I do.

Otherwise, I’m going to try and keep a log of some of my dreams. Should be interesting.
